All services at Messed Up Hair require a credit card to book an appointment. Upon checkout, guests may choose their desired method of payment. If your appointment requires a deposit, the amount will be applied to your total service charge at the time of checkout. Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notification. Your services at Messed Up Hair are reserved especially for you. I value you as a customer and kindly ask that you respect the policies I have in place for Scheduling and Cancellations. When you miss an appointment, not only do I lose your business but the potential business of other clients. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice could result in a late cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your schedule service. Clients who miss their appointment without giving prior notification will be charged the full amount of their scheduled service(s). As I do understand that life happens and sometimes things are out of our control I always take into consideration the nature of the cancellation.
